Construction firm Totalindo Eka Persada (TOPS) launched the rights issue for 4 billion new shares, representing 12% of its enlarged capital, expecting to raise proceeds of Rp2.2 trillion based on current price (Rp550 per share). Trading of rights is scheduled for April 1-3, 2020.
