The PA 212 or the 212 Alumni Group, a hardline muslim group in which Rizieq Shihab is listed as supreme leader, plans to stage an annual 212 reunion on Dec. 2, 2021 in areas around the Patung Kuda (Horse Statues) roundabout on Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, Central Jakarta, which is only a few hundred metres from the State Palace and the National Monument (Monas). The 212 refers to the massive anti-Ahok rally held on Dec. 2, 2016. The rally was organized by hardline muslim groups known as supporters of Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.
