Cement producer PT Cemindo Gemilang Tbk kicked off its initial public offering (IPO) on Monday (Aug. 9), offering 2.72 billion shares, representing 15% of total issued and paid-up capital priced at Rp600-800 per share, to raise proceeds of Rp1.63 trillion to Rp2.17 trillion.
