The investigation and inquisition into the case of alleged corruption in State-owned insurance company PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) continue. The investigators of the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) had completed the dockets of three suspects and handed over the dockets to the Public Prosecutors in charge. Still, the Public Prosecutors decided to return the dockets and asked the investigators to complete the requirements. Meanwhile, the Government had moved forward with the plan to establish an insurance holding and assigned the authority to PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (BPUI), a State-owned Enterprises barely known to the public.
