Property developer Intiland Development (DILD) booked net profit of Rp112.8 billion in the first quarter (Q1) this year, jumped 178% from the same period last year. Revenues jumped 78% to Rp709.2 billion from previous Rp398.7 billion. Residential segment contributed revenues of Rp373.3 billion (jumped 672%), or 53% of total revenue. While mixed use & high rise segment contributed Rp197.4 billion or 28% of total revenue. Investment segment contributed Rp138.5 billion revenue or 19% of total revenue.
