Financing firm Maybank Indonesia Finance plans to issue bonds worth Rp500 billion, offered in 2 series with tenor of 3 years and 5 years. The book building is scheduled for April 9-24, 2018. The offering is set for May 9-14, 2018. Acting as underwriters are DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia, Indo Premier Sekuritas, and Maybank Kim Eng Sekuritas. Maybank Finance booked net profit of Rp266.8 billion in 2017 on revenue of Rp1.09 trillion. Its assets reached Rp7.07 trillion while liability amounted Rp5.5 trillion.
