Telecommunication Operator Indosat Ooredoo (ISAT) plans to offer bonds up to a maximum of Rp2.72 trillion in November 2017. The bonds will be issued in five series with tenor of 370 days, 3 years, 5 years, 7 years, and 10 years. The bonds offer annual coupon rates at 6.15% to 8.95%.
