Ancora Indonesia Resources (OKAS) has obtained loan of US$2 million from Dewata Konsultama Sinergi. The laon has tenor of 5 years and carries annual interest of 5%. This loan will be used to fund the acquisition over copper and gold miner Indotan Lombok Pte Ltd owned by Southern Arc Minerals Inc. The targeted asset is located in West Lombok, West Nusa Tanggara (NTB). OKAS’current business is disappointing as the Company suffered loss of US$5.9 million in the first half (H1) of this year. It widened 41% from loss US$4.19 million in the same period last year.
