PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk (MARK) raised Rp40 billion from IPO, mostly (Rp25 billion) used to pay principal debt to PT Bank Permata Tbk. The Company also use IPO proceeds for purchasing land and building assets in Tanjung Morawa Deli Serdang. This acquisition of land and building aim to boost the production capacity of gloves.
