Mufti Ali, a National Awakening Party (PKB) lawmaker, suggested on Saturday (Feb 7, 2015) that the Jember City Council draft a regional regulation requiring virginity test for both male and female junior/senior high students. The regulation, Mufti Ali argued, would improve the morality of Indonesian youth.
