Foreign investors return to invest on Indonesia’s bond portfolios after the Federal Reserves making no clear decision on the hike of its benchmark Fed Rate. In December 2014, foreign capital outflow totaled Rp20.8 trillion, but year to date, foreign capital inflow reaches Rp3 trillion, making the total foreign investment of Rp469.7 trillion. The recent capital outflow has impacted on the rupiah which dropped to almost Rp13,000 against the US dollar.To subscribe please click here
