Zulkifli Hasan served as the Minister of Forestry for the period of 2009-2014 under President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono’s administration. Zulkifli earned a ticket to the DPR and the MPR after he was elected as lawmaker of PAN in the 2014 legislative election of Lampung I electoral region.
