According to the The Advisory Body of National Education (BPPN)’s records, in the year 2000 there were 42 international schools across the country with 14 of them located in Jakarta. By the year 2013, the number of international schools increased to 64. The schools are located across the country, with 30 of them in Jakarta. All international schools have one thing in common: they’re extremely costly.
