Some people have solicited our opinion on Yusril Ihza Mahendra’s judicial review. They would like to know the repercussions of simultaneously holding the presidential and legislative election and the elimination of the presidential threshold; whether or not it’s a good thing or a bad thing. To be honest, the outcome is the least of our concern. Right now we are worried with the process, specifically in relation to the problems the Constitutional Court has with its judges.
