Two state owned companies, PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) and PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN), are now fighting each other on natural gas supply. This is not only an important test for Dahlan Iskan, minister of state-owned enterprises, who is boss of PGN and PLN, but his relationships with other ministers and power holders.
