Attorney General’s Office (AGO) has filed new charges against former Bank Mandiri directors (ECW Neloe, I Wayan Pugeg, and Sholeh Tasripan). AGO argued that their decision to acquire bad loans of PT Kiani Kertas from IBRA in 2002 had made the state lost Rp1.8 trillion.
