State-owned gas distributor Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGAS) said that its subsidiary PT Saka Energi Indonesia (SEI) had on Dec. 30, 2019, signed an intra group loan with its units out of Pangkah PSC and Muara Bakau PSC, with units of Pangkah PSC at the value of US$1.4 billion.
