The Party’s founder General (ret) Wiranto is unhappy with this development. So much so Wiranto asked the OSO to resign. This is a new episode of the conflict between OSO and Wiranto in Hanura. Can they resolve their dispute, or will they drive Hanura to extinction?
The KPK Supervisory Team
Talking to the press in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan yesterday (Dec. 18), President Jokowi said that he was still finalizing the composition of the Supervisory Team. He revealed that he had received a lot of names to consider, among them are judges, prosecutors, former KPK leaders, economists, academics, and criminal law experts. He confirmed that among the names under consideration are Artidjo Alkostar, Albertina Ho, and Taufiequrachman Ruki.
Jakarta Vice Governorship
Telkom University’s Dedi Kurnia Syah said that he was concerned with Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan’s inability to govern the capital city. End of Year Security
President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo has ordered the security forces to take measure and to tighten nationwide security with Christmas and New Year holidays in view. The security forces are ready to safeguard the country by holding its annual operation and deploying 198,000 joint security personnels from the National Police (POLRI), the Military (TNI), and the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) for the said operation.
PPP Chairmanship Congress
