More Signal for Cabinet Reshuffle

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo has just created another cabinet position: Vice Minister of Home Affairs (Wamendagri) through the issuance of the Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No. 114/2021 signed on Dec. 30, 2021. The State Secretariat released the said Perpres to the public on Tuesday (Jan. 4). Many see it as more signal from the President that a cabinet reshuffle is very near. The overhaul could happen next week on Jan. 12.
