Noteworthy Meetings
There are at least three political meetings in the last few days that are worth highlighting. One of them is the meeting between President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo and the Acting Chairman of the Islamic Party PPP Muhammad Mardiono, who is also a member of the President’s Advisory Council (Wantimpres). In the meeting, Mardiono told the President about the support from the PPP’s provincial chapters for Ganjar Pranowo in the 2024 presidential race.
Nasdem: Ethical Issue & Political Blunder
The relationship between Nasdem Party, a political party led by media mogul Surya Paloh, with the other members of President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo’s ruling coalition, especially PDIP, is in alarming state after Anies Baswedan’s nomination.
