The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is opening the possibility to summon the Governor of Jakarta Anies Baswedan for questioning in relation to the allegations of corruption in the purchase of land in Cipayung, East Jakarta. The procurement is related to a construction project led by the city’s construction company PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya. In the meantime, Sadikin Aksa, the nephew of former Vice President Jusuf Kalla, has been named a suspect in a case related to Bank Bukopin.
