Towards the end of 2018, PT Express Transindo Utama Tbk (TAXI) was confronted with a lawsuit on Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) filed by Dana Pensiun (Dapen) Mitra Krakatau. The lawsuit was revoked after the Company and its creditors reached an agreement. Several days after the lawsuit was revoked, another PKPU lawsuit was filed against the Company. The said lawsuit was also revoked. After that, however, another PKPU lawsuit against the Company was registered.
