Property developer Ciputra Development (CTRA) targets revenue from pre-sales to grow by 20% this year on the back of a number of new property projects in big cities on Sumatra and Kalimantan. Several new projects on Sumatra are CitraLand Megah, Citra AeroLink, and Citra Plaza.
