PT Energi Nusantara Merah Putih (ENMP) spends US$980 million for building coal-fired and gas power plant (PLTGU) with capacity of 600 megawatts (MW) in Bantaeng industrial estate in South Sulawesi. ENMP will provide electricity (liquified natural gas/LNG) from Bantaeng for eartern part of Indonesia. The Company partners with Philippines-based Atlantic Gulf and Pacific Company of Manila (AG&P) for this project. The LNG receiving terminal in Bantaeng is targeted to operate in 2021.
