Karen Agustiawan, former president director of PT Pertamina (Persero) who once again stood trial as a defendant in a case of alleged corruption related to decisions she made while in office, has finally been found guilty in June 2024. Knowing Karen, the decision may not be the end and indeed, she filed for an appeal. Lucky for the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), the Panel of Appeal decided to uphold the decision of the Corruption Court. Karen remains guilty, but the question remains.
