Tommy Soeharto’s affiliated shipping firm Humpuss Maritim Internasional (HUMI) plans to distribute dividend to shareholders worth Rp18.04 billion, representing 14.4% of its net profit in 2023. or the equivalent of Rp1 per share. The payment is scheduled for July 15, 2024.
HUMI posted revenue of US$106.38 million in 2023, grew 16.22% year on year (y/y), and net profit of US$12.69 million, grew 15.94% y/y. HUMI targets profit and asset growth of around 20% this year and is preparing a number of expansion plans such as adding a fleet of ships to expanding the market.
