Even though the Indonesian Government has recorded good economic performance when compared to many other countries, the economic conditions in the country have not completely improved. A lot of business actors are still struggling to get out of the remaining problems caused by COVID-19. Until the last working day in 2023, lawsuits from many parties seeking to force their business partners to restructure their debts or even request the bankruptcy of their business partners were still very high compared to the previous year.
