The problems that PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) must face will not end anytime soon. In the last week of August 2023, nine vendors filed seven PKPU lawsuits against Waskita Karya and proved that the threats they made a few weeks ago were not mere threats. With this addition, since January 2023 Waskita Karya has faced 11 PKPU lawsuits and proved that the company is not doing well.
