Indonesia’s consumer confidence declined to 127.1 in June 2023 from May’s 12-month high of 128.3, as all sub-indexes decreased. Households’ assessment weakened regarding the country’s economic outlook (down by 0.3 points to 137.5) and current economic conditions (down by 2.1 points to 116.8). Also, the job availability fell (by 3.5 points to 117.6), as did the job availability compared to six months ago (by 1.0 points to 135.6), current income (by 0.3 points to 125.1), and income expectations for the next six months were lower (by 1.2 points to 138.7).
