Those Opposing Perppu on Job Creation

It’s not surprising to see the opposition parties reject the new Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (Perppu) No. 2/2022 on Job Creation issued by President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo. What’s worth highlighting more is a harsh criticism over the Perppu from law expert and former Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court (MK), Jimly Asshiddiqie.
