Plantation firm London Sumatra Plantations (LSIP), controlled by Salim Group, booked net profit of Rp548.1 billion in the first half (H1) of 2022, grew 9.38% year on year (y/y), mainly supported by lower costs as revenues declined by 5.53%. The stock, like peers in the plantation sector, has consistently been valued below equity.
