The Chief of Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK), Wimboh Santoso, recently spoke about his institution’s move to bar banks from facilitating crypto transactions. He told CNBC Indonesia that the OJK was following the rules of the Law on Banking (10/1998).
