Former Military Commander (Panglima TNI) General (ret) Gatot Nurmantyo filed a judicial review (JR) request at the Constitutional Court (MK) to challenge the presidential threshold in the Election Law No. 7/2017. Gatot isn’t the only new challenger demanding the Court to eliminate the presidential threshold.
