Lawyer Sunan Kalijaga claimed on his Instagram account last Thursday (Oct 3) that he had filed a report to the Metropolitan Jakarta Police Office about persecution committed by chairman of a political party. In the posting, Sunan was with the said mistress of party chairman, who is said victim of the persecution.

Referring to the provisions of the existing law, Morula IVF is obliged to report or provide notification of this corporate action to the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) within a certain time limit. Unfortunately, the notification was made past the time limit. Morula IVF was then examined on suspicion of committing a violation. Morula IVF, interestingly, admitted to having committed a violation, and with that acknowledgement, KPPU decided to impose sanctions for the company.
