It is interesting that political parties seem reluctant to endorse Anies Baswedan, who is now seriously considering to seek for his second term in the 2024 Jakarta gubernatorial election. The only support for Anies so far comes from the PKS’ Jakarta provincial chapter, but the Party’s Central Executive Body (DPP) has yet to make a decision.
