Asian equity markets rose on Monday, extending recent gains on growing expectations that the Federal Reserve is done hiking rates and on hopes that China would offer more stimulus to boost growth. Hong Kong stocks jumped more than 2%, while shares in Australia, Japan, South Korea and mainland China also advanced.
