For the past two years, we have witnessed a public dispute between Supermal Karawaci and one of its business partners, Singapore-based Investment Opportunities V Pte Limited. This dispute became the reason for the parties to sue each other in several different courts and court proceedings continue until today. However, there are other parties who entered the picture recently. Bank Artha Graha suddenly filed a lawsuit, accusing Supermal Karawaci of default and demanded the mall to pay its obligations of more than Rp280 billion.
