Indonesia continues to gain from nickel-based investments and moves closer to new projects with cleaner energy source. Nickel producer Vale Indonesia (INCO) has signed an investment agreement with China’s Shandong Xinhai Technology, and a unit of Baowu Steel Group Corp, to develop a ferronickel processing plant in Bahodopi, Morowali, Central Sulawesi.
