ABM Investama (ABMM) announced on Thursday that it has been selected as the winning bidder in the auction held by GMR Coal Resources Pte. Ltd. (India) as the seller, to purchase 1.76 billion shares or equivalent of 30% of the issued and fully paid shares in Golden Energy Mines (GEMS), a coal mining group owned by Sinarmas (Widjaja Family).
