The Islamic opposition party PKS challenges the presidential threshold set in the Election Law No. 7/2017 at the Constitutional Court (MK). The Party aims to eliminate the threshold. PKS, as we all know, is in talks with other political parties, including Surya Paloh’s Nasdem Party and Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono’s (SBY) Democratic Party, to endorse a pair of presidential and vice presidential candidates in 2024 race.
