Flag carrier Garuda Indonesia (GIAA) confirmed that it plans to issue global bonds worth US$800 million (equivalent Rp11.6 trillion) with tenor of 22 years. It also plans to offer new shares (rights issue) with targeted proceeds of US$330 million. This bonds and new shares will be offered to lessors, finance lessors, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) vendor, aircraft manufacturer, and other creditors.To subscribe please click here
