PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) has signed a framework cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Company Limited for the development of a High-Pressure Acid Leaching (HPAL) processing facility in Pomalaa, Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi.
