The Constitutional Court (MK) rejected two more judicial review (JR) requests on Election Law No. 7/2017 that attempted to eliminate the presidential threshold set in the said law. But the Court’s rejection didn’t make people give up as more requests were submitted to the MK against the threshold, including the one filed by the infamous lawyer and former law minister Yusril Ihza Mahendra.To subscribe please click here
