Oil prices soared almost 10% to their highest level since 2008 on Monday, amid the risk of Western ban on Russian oil imports, exacerbated by delays in Iran nuclear talks. The US oil benchmark touched $130 a barrel before paring some gains to around $126. Brent crude touched $139 a barrel at one point to settle around $129.
