The MotoGP season 2022 officially started on Sunday (March 6), with the first Grand Prix held at the Losail International Circuit in Doha, Qatar. Two weeks later, on Mar. 18-20, Indonesia will host the second Grand Prix at the Pertamina Mandalika International Street Circuit in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). Many believe that the said Mandalika Grand Prix will be a litmus test for former Military Commander (Panglima TNI) Air Chief Marshal (ret) Hadi Tjahjanto, who was tasked by President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo as the field coordinator of the event.
