Today, Dec. 7, the House of Representatives (DPR) announces the 40 prioritized bills for the 2022 National Legislation Program (Prolegnas). The list has been agreed upon by the House’ Legislative Body (Baleg) and the Central Government. In the list are bills that could be used as bargaining tools by political parties vis-à-vis President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo ahead of the 2024 elections.
