PT Inti Anugerah Pratama (IAP), owned by the Riady family, sold 1.66 billion shares of holding entity (for multi sectors) Multipolar (MLPL), representing 11.37% of MPLP’s enlarged capital, at Rp484.26 per share or Rp805.75 billion value in total. So, the share ownership of IAP in Multipolar reduced to 55.11% from the previous 66.47%.
