Some believe that the military commander (Panglima TNI) succession process is related to the upcoming cabinet reshuffle. President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo could use the momentum to accommodate PAN in the cabinet and making Commander Hadi Tjahjanto a minister ahead of the Commander’s upcoming retirement.
