E-commerce provider PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) has set its IPO prices at Rp750-850 per unit, expecting to raise total proceeds of Rp19.32 trillion to Rp21.9 trillion. The prices reflect the price to sales ratio of 45.6 times to 51.7 times. The Company will offer 25.76 billion shares, representing 25% of the total issued and paid-up capital, through the initial public offering (IPO) scheme.
