Bread maker Nippon Indosari Corpindo (ROTI), a Salim Group unit, sold 375.03 million units of treasury stock to Lief Holdings Pte. Ltd, its affiliated firm, priced at average Rp1,148 or Rp459.42 billion. Lief Holdings, through Bonlight Investment Limited, holds 20.79% ROTI shares. Yap Family owns Lief Holding, and Wendy Yap currently acts as president director of Nippon Indosari. Nippon Indosari will use the said funds for developing the market and paying short-term debts.
